Simply, Joe.

I’m a creative at heart. I spend a lot of my time thinking about stories—how they’re told, why they work, and what stays with you long after they’re over.

By trade, I’m a graphic designer, which probably explains why I care just as much about presentation and atmosphere as I do about words on a page. I’ve always been drawn to visual storytelling, whether that’s through books, movies, series, or games.

I read a lot. I watch movies and shows across different genres. I enjoy manga, anime, and comics, and every now and then I disappear into a game that does something interesting with its world or narrative. Photography is another passion of mine—it’s just another way of trying to capture a moment or tell a story without words.

This site exists as a space to share my thoughts on the media I consume and enjoy. The reviews here aren’t about scores or hype—they’re about story, themes, and the experience of engaging with a piece of work.

Alongside all of that, I’m working toward becoming a fiction writer. Writing novels has been a long-term goal of mine, and this site is part of that journey. It’s a place to sharpen my voice, explore ideas, and connect with people who care about stories as much as I do.
